Pick up a comfort or city bike at The Bike Center, 1555 2nd St, then follow Santa Monica’s beach bike path at your own pace. The rental runs from store opening until closing, with a helmet, lock, and damage and theft waiver included. Ride toward Venice or simply linger near the pier.
